A little history...
St-Antonin-Noble-Val was named after "Saint-Antonin the evangelist" and also the town's magnificent riverside location - its "Nobilis Vallis" (noble valley). Because the town straddles the River Aveyron, many deadly battles have been fought here over the years.
Architecture
"La Maison des Consuls" in St-Antonin-Noble-Val is the oldest civic building in France; medieval houses line the streets of the town; many original architectural features can be seen in the "place de la Halle".
